Few people know that Rock of Succubus was not Vidalus Taka's own creation. He copied from the Grimoire of Greel, a book of perverted spells and adapted it for his own style of magic. Rohn, current possessor of the Grimoire of Greel, accidentally activated the original spell on his girlfriend, Millianna. Neither of them were terribly displeased with the results and decided to let them remain for a few days, during which Rohn was forced to rapidly learn to play an instrument to satisfy Millianna.

I love the transformation desing. And I consider a shame the incapacity of Juvia for retain this power in her body, she whould be much powerfull in the rest of the novel. Of course, in the case of changing without Taka's guitar. But the story ended. A power up used only one time.
For other part, I see an inspiration in Mashima's desing from the DC comics's character Lobo. Or maybe a coincidence.
